Our Mission
Our Vision
DTALiT! Is the social network for the University of Birmingham’s Drama & Theatre Arts Department. DTALiT! Has been established as a vehicle to cultivate creative community, bringing together staff, students, alumni and the public. Our goal is to foster community, collaboration and collegiality through creative practice. Through a series of creative project, events, broadcast and initiatives we hope to not only build a thriving online creative site of sharing but also to present concrete opportunities for staff, students and alumni to share their work with each other and the wider arts community.

Through our programme of broadcasts and events we hope to:
Mission Statement: Arts Education
provide opportunities for creative exchange between students, staff, alumni and the public
foster independent thinking in a creative and challenging environment, by providing a diversified programme of events and environment for bright and talented individuals to share work, and to offer preparation for professions in the arts
encourage the use of creative practice as a means of building community, cooperation and collaboration while promoting independent thinking
to create innovative and original creative practice
